• Welcome to the Institute for European Intelligence and Security's Intelligence Academy, a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) delivered by Moodle. Supported by the Institute's Training & Directing Staff (TDS), the Intelligence Academy aims to overcome knowledge barriers to professionalisation of the covert disciplines. The Academy applies scientific and academic rigour to clandestine tradecraft, providing an objective foundation for professional practice.

Please note that applicants seeking entry onto covert operations courses without a current security clearance certificate or waiver from an international authority, may be required to undertake up to six months of intrusive security vetting prior to being admitted to the programme. Therefore, please make sure to provide the Intelligence Academy with sufficient notice by applying with sufficient lead time from the start date of any distance-learning (not the final attendance course).
