The Intelligence Academy is an independent professional development establishment for delivering clandestine human intelligence training to aspiring European intelligence professionals. It was established by the Institute for European Intelligence and Security (IEIS) in 2017 to address the availability of training and education meeting the standards required for professional membership.

The Institute for European Intelligence and Security (IEIS) in Brussels independently assesses and accredits the Intelligence Academy to common professional standards descending from European authorities such as the EU, UN, NATO and other professional bodies.
